CHRIS FRANCIS,
OPERATIONS DIRECTOR

Chris joined the family business in 2005. Quickly becoming a Supervisor and the ‘right-hand man’. When Stephen retired in 2021, Chris took over as Operations Director. Chris has managed and overseen the full WIFI installation at Magor, large projects at Danone, Kettering, and Camden Town Brewery at Enfield. In 2022-23 Chris and the company played a major part in the large-scale Perfect Draft project at Magor. Under Chris’s leadership, the business has grown significantly, with SF Electrical being the “go-to” on-site company that the engineers and Project Managers at AB INBEV, Magor look to for support and quality on any project, not just electrical.

STEPHEN FRANCIS,
FOUNDING DIRECTOR

Stephen has a lifetime of experience in the Electrical industry. Steve retired from daily work in 2021, however he keeps a personal interest in every project we undertake to ensure our very high standards are maintained.

THE TEAM

We have a mix of employees, long-standing sub-contractors and qualified and audited agency staff. Most have worked alongside us for several years and we have a great relationship with recruitment agencies who understand our needs for quality and experience.

Michelle Jennings, Administration

Michelle joined her father and brother team in 2020 to help Steve actually retire! She takes care of all the administration responsibilities so Chris can focus on the current and future projects and their smooth operations.
